About Us
My Eco Closet is a business created by Sara, a mum of three. The idea came about during lock-down for the Covid-19 pandemic; I found out I was going to be having a small baby 3 weeks early and only had 10 days warning. I didn't have any tiny baby clothes, shops were shut, and everywhere was sold out online. I decided to post on my local Facebook page asking around for tiny baby clothes and was blown away by not only the generosity, but the amount of parents with baby and children clothes they no longer needed. I have a love for recycling clothes and have for many years sourced (and sold) my clothes second hand online and from charity shops. This combined inspired me to start this business buying and selling second hand pre loved baby and children clothes.
What We Do.
My Eco Closet buys and sells top quality preloved children’s clothes from tiny to age 13. All our clothes are top quality, affordable, from designer to high street. Clothes are a necessity and with children growing so quickly it doesn’t take long for them to need a whole new wardrobe, and most clothes still have a lot of life left in them. At My Eco Closet we take the hassle away of selling your clothes by offering a quick and easy process; and at the same time you can refill the wardrobe at a fraction of the price.
Eco-Friendly
At My Eco Closet we believe all clothes can be reused, recycled, and reloved. Eco fashion is growing and with people becoming more eco-conscious second hand shopping is becoming more popular. We want to do our part for the planet by being as eco-friendly as possible; we use biodegradable packaging, and all our labels are recyclable. We are continuing to research and find other ways we can be more ecological, and reduce our carbon footprint.
